The intern will work alongside Senior Property Managers in document collection, handling tenant requests, monitoring suppliers and both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work, while updating company databases. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity are required.The internship includes a structured training path with initial onboarding on internal procedures, basic real estate regulations, and the use of management software. The intern will follow a progressive shadowing program covering site inspections, analysis of works and related management costs, and reporting activities.
