This position offers practical experience in technical EHS practices and involves supporting the Technical Service department with regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the creation, execution, and upkeep of EHS initiatives and regulations relevant to technical services operations and tasksTake part in safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulationsParticipate in incident investigations and help develop corrective actions to prevent recurrenceSupport the preparation and delivery of EHS training programs for technical staffCollect and analyze EHS benchmarksAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting internal functionsCoordinate inspections and scheduled meetings with departments to manage work permits (LOTO, confined spaces, work at height, and machinery safety) and workplace improvementsDevelop and maintain specific risk assessments related to technical aspects in accordance with Italian and European Regulations and other requirementsA Day in the LifeAs an EHS Specialist, your duties will involve aiding in the creation, execution, and management of programs, policies, and procedures for Technical Service, ensuring alignment with EHS regulations and standards.
