Regular / Permanent / Full-time
Responsibilities
Organize EHS trainings
Arrange medical appointments
Manage periodic deadlines and oversee activity execution
Process orders with EHS suppliers
Verify legal compliance of suppliers and produce DUVRI when necessary
Proactively work to prevent risk situations
Support risk assessment processes
Assist with activities for ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications
Conduct audits and surveillance
Support the EHS Manager with back-office activities
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum: High school diploma
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Desirable but not essential: Three-year Master’s degree in technical subjects (Engineering, Environment & Safety, etc.)
Experience as an EHS Specialist or consultant
Experience with management systems (ISO 14001 & 45001)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Fluent in English, spoken and written
