OverviewThe Service Specialist Autoimmunity ensures a high level of service, consultancy, and support to our partners and affiliates within the EEMEA area by providing service training, technical product information updates, second-level technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site activities in key strategic markets.ResponsibilitiesKey AccountabilitiesProvide theoretical and practical instrument service training to EEMEA partners and external stakeholders.Provide remote and on-site second-level technical support and troubleshooting to distributors. Support first installations and organize follow-up visits as needed.Assist distributors and affiliates in organizing and improving their local service structures.Implement Corporate Service initiatives in the EEMEA region.Support internal stakeholders with technical requirements for instruments.Act as the primary contact for quality, performance issues, complaints, parts list maintenance, and warranty parts returns with the manufacturer.Follow ISO guidelines and enter Service Reports in SAP; adhere to SOPs for the Service Department.Assist IT specialists with hardware setup, security, and remote connectivity for Werfen IT solutions.Share technical updates and organize service meetings and conference calls with partners and affiliates.Maintain internal communication channels with relevant documentation and resources.Participate in international meetings to stay current on technical updates and best practices.Update the EEMEA team on key service projects and support the company's commercial strategy.Networking/Key relationshipsService and Application positionsMarketingLogisticsExternal stakeholders involved in their area of responsibilityQualificationsMinimum Knowledge & ExperienceEducation: Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar degree in the scientific/technological field.At least 3 years of experience in a Service Department within a multinational company, preferably in the IVD or Healthcare sector.Technical knowledge related to Autoimmunity, mechanical, electronic, and IT skills for middleware solutions.Language: Proficiency in English.Knowledge of Project Management, SAP, and Microsoft tools.Skills & CapabilitiesThe ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be eager to learn and face new challenges daily.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume or CV.
