OverviewStill I Rise is an international NGO providing high-quality education to the most vulnerable and marginalized children in crisis-affected regions around the world. Our current schools, located in Kenya, Colombia, Syria, Yemen, and the DRC, follow a globally coordinated educational model, inspired by the International Baccalaureate framework, adapted to local realities and student needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic supervision of the educational programs across Still I Rise Academies (Yemen, Siria and DRC, with the opening in South Sudan forthcoming).Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with the four Pillars and Still I Rise Educational Model.Lead teacher capacity building and professional development efforts.Oversee daily operational implementation of the Educational Model and school activities.Develop contextualized curricular materials and support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning outcomes.Collaborate with the Education Director to strengthen academic excellence and school leadership.QualificationsIl candidato ideale possiede una solida conoscenza nella creazione di curricula per studenti dai 9 anni in su, una forte passione per lo sviluppo professionale degli insegnanti e un approccio adattabile e sensibile al contesto educativo in ambienti diversi e complessi.
