They are pioneers in delivering intelligent compliance and e-invoicing solutions that help businesses operate seamlessly and meet complex regulatory requirements.About the RoleThis hybrid role sits between Solution Consulting and Project Management, involving both hands-on project delivery and strategic product input with a commercial focus.The successful candidate will own e-invoicing projects for major enterprise customers and (€300m+ organisations) while supporting the evolution of product and compliance strategy across multiple European markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver European e-invoicing and compliance projects in collaboration with customer delivery teamsTypically 15-20 workstreams, depending on client scaleSupport the Global Centre of Excellence team in product strategy and regulatory alignment across EuropeAct as the bridge between product, compliance, and customer success functionsFocus on key markets where mandates are rolling out current or soon, including Belgium, Poland, Spain and France (Germany to come shortly)Ensure all solutions meet local compliance requirements and contribute to the wider product roadmapAbout YouStrong knowledge of e-invoicing processes and mandates in different countries.Experience in solution consulting and/or project implementation with 2 years project management or relatable experience.Open to candidates from other backgrounds who are keen to progress into this role with knowledge of the E-invoicing CTC Mandates landscape.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and internally; team-focused and collaborative.Based in Italy (preferred) or in Spain, Germany, Belgium or France with the ability to work fully remote.Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous, especially French or German.Salary & LocationSalary: Up to €70,000 + 10% variable bonus; benefits include food allowance, potential car allowance, wellness, etc.Location: Lombardy region, Italy (with openness to remote work)Additional ContextThis team is part of the Centre of Excellence in a hyper-growth organisation focused on EMEA-wide E-invoicing propagation as part of its main suite of Finance Automation solutions.
