About The Job
The E-Commerce Manager will be the key owner of the B2B platform, balancing strategic decision-making with hands‑on execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Marketing, you will collaborate closely with internal IT, external consultants, and country organizations to deliver a world‑class digital channel that drives both sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive additional sales through the B2B channel by enhancing usability, product availability, and customer experience.
Define and own the roadmap for the B2B platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify and implement features and initiatives that improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth development, integration, and maintenance.
Lead the rollout of the platform across existing and new countries, driving adoption among local teams and customers.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure local market requirements are addressed. Partner with sales and marketing to promote the platform as a preferred ordering channel.
Evaluate and drive onboarding of additional product lines onto the platform, ensuring scalability and harmonization across the company.
Develop training, communication, and support programs to maximize platform use and engagement.
Define and track key KPIs for the B2B channel (sales, adoption rate, customer engagement, order value, etc.).
Provide regular reporting and insights to top management, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor benchmarks, and e-commerce best practices to inform decision-making.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing context.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with both custom-built and SaaS solutions is a plus).
Experience in managing global rollouts and driving adoption in multiple markets.
Demonstrated ability to deliver growth through digital sales channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional and international teams.
Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
