We are dedicated to innovation, excellence, and developing cutting-edge solutions for both commercial and defense sectors.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Drone Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with open-source autopilots, sensor integration, and a keen sensibility for quality and reliability. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen Source Autopilots: Utilize and modify open-source UAV platforms such as PX4 and Ardupilot to meet project requirements.Sensor Integration: Integrate various sensors into UAV systems, ensuring accurate data collection and system functionality.Soldering: Perform precise soldering tasks to ensure reliable electrical connections and system integrity.Mechanical Building: Assemble and integrate mechanical components for UAV systems, ensuring robust and reliable construction.Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality control processes to ensure the reliability and safety of UAV systems.Robotics: Apply robotics knowledge to enhance the functionality and performance of UAV systems.Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on UAVs to keep them in optimal working condition.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all integration processes, test flights, and maintenance activities.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggest improvements for UAV systems.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UAV systems, particularly with open-source autopilot platforms.Technical Skills: Proficiency in sensor integration, soldering, and mechanical building.
