Our main local brands include FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern areas, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy.The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base in the assigned areas. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs will also be key.Key Responsibilities include:Visiting clients for technical promotion of our productsManaging sales across different brands and promoting our brand valuesAchieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue managementAnalyzing competitors' operationsDeveloping market specification actionsBuilding and nurturing long-term relationships with targeted customers/stakeholdersTaking orders from clientsSupporting and guiding sales staff and agentsAdhering to driving safety rulesCreating tailored offers in collaboration with our Technical OfficeQualifications and Competencies Required:Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plusExperience in sales and client management, with strong familiarity with the area and customersProficiency in EnglishAvailability to travel within the assigned area (southern and central Italy)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsProactive, analytical, results-oriented approachCustomer-centric attitude, with courtesy and competenceAliaxis is committed to equal opportunity employment and fostering an inclusive culture.
