The candidate will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.Key Responsibilities include:Visiting clients for technical promotion of our productsManaging sales for various brands and promoting our brand valuesAchieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue collectionsAnalyzing competitors' operationsDeveloping market specification actionsBuilding and developing long-term relationships with targeted customers and stakeholdersTaking orders from clientsSupporting and following up with sales agents and sellersAdhering to driving rulesCollaborating with our Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clientsRequired Qualifications and Competencies:Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plusExperience in sales and client management, with strong knowledge of the area and clientsProficiency in EnglishAvailability to travel within the assigned areas (southern and central Italy)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsProactive, analytical, results-oriented attitudeCustomer-focused approach with courtesy and competenceAliaxis is committed to equal opportunity employment and inclusivity.
