They will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and partnering with clients.Key Responsibilities include:Visiting clients to promote our products technicallyManaging sales across different brands and promoting our brand valuesAchieving sales budget goals with targets for price increases and overdue accountsAnalyzing competitors' operationsDeveloping market specifications and actionsBuilding long-term relationships with customers and stakeholdersTaking orders from clientsSupporting and guiding sales agents and team membersAdhering to driving safety rulesCollaborating with the Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clientsQualifications and Competencies:Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plusExperience in sales and client management, with good knowledge of the area and customersProficiency in EnglishWillingness to travel within the assigned regions (Southern and Central Italy)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsProactive, analytical mindset with a results-oriented approachCustomer-focused attitude, demonstrating availability, courtesy, and competenceAliaxis is committed to equal opportunities and inclusivity.
