OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Domain Administrator to be integrated into our Team located in Bergamo.ResponsibilitiesProcess domain names operations on Authorities/suppliers manually managed (registrations, transfer registrars, ownership changes, dns changes)Monitor and request to Administration team to add funds on deposits and do payments where applicableManage Authorities/suppliers relationship when necessary, both through email and on the phoneProvide support in managing compliance or audit inquiriesCollect and provide information to the interested parties about domain names supplier agreements, policies, costs, rules, processes, changes notified by Authorities/suppliersWork with teams from various departments and countries across Europe to provide them support on manual operations managementBackground and SkillsDeep Knowledge of Domain name product and its lifecycle, in terms of processes, costs, market and operationsExcellent communication and sharing knowledge skills.Analysis and Problem Solving skillsProactivity, teamwork ability and goal orientation.Internal and external client orientedEnglish is a mustPrevious experience in the role is considered a plusRights to WorkRight to work: At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the European country you are applying for.Unfortunately, we are unable to support Sponsorship Visas.Culture and Inclusion"Come as you are".
