This organization is a co-located & process engineering team focused on developing and supporting the organization with subject matter experts (SMEs). It embeds engineering skills directly into the manufacturing value stream to enable faster decision-making and deeper process ownership and knowledge, under a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesCreation and updating documentation to Shopfloor / Logistic teams (workers, quality and logistic teams) within Handling & Logistic operations.Updated documentation is always available where needed.Be loyal to the documentation principles described.Engage in collecting feedback from shop floors and logistic teams on the function and quality of the documentation delivered.Perform internal quality checks of the documentation.Perform internal maturity checks of the documentation against our documented criteria.Keep stakeholders up to date on documentation lead time.Develop training material for reading / use of the documentation pack.Collaborate with documentation specialists from other teams and share lessons learned.Contribute to building a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.Focus on modern documentation systems and materials including process vision, laser systems and other digital enabling systems.Investigate and solve production issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.Apply continuous improvement principles using quality tools like Lean to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final product quality.EducationBachelor engineer or equivalentGB leanCourses within Technical writing or communicationExperienceAbout 6 years of experience in similar roles as described aboveWorked withCreate process flowEstablish and maintain work instructions (paper or digital)Validation of own workParticipation in development of Handling & Logistic documentationExperience in a data-driven organizationOptimization and standardization within manufacturing documentation using the toolboxImportant skillsProficient writing and communication skills: ability to simplify complex informationTechnical skills related to Logistic documentation, transportation and storage systems, production processes, or software systems; ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly languageAttention to detail; accuracy in documentation supporting operations or complianceWillingness to spend time in the factory environment as requiredData-Driven Decision MakingUse of tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams to identify and solve production issuesSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organizedAbility to collaborate across cultures and time zones with stakeholdersCustomer-oriented with understanding of the full business value chainCommitment to learningFair hiring and DEIBOur commitment to a fair hiring process: evaluate candidates based on professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
