Join to apply for the Document Controller/Projects Assistant role at Zeeco, Inc.The Projects Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of activities related to the execution of projects. This fast-paced and demanding role requires the individual to take responsibility for controlling electronic documents on all projects. The assistant works alongside project managers and engineers to ensure that all documentation is submitted and received in accordance with project requirements, and that the documents list is maintained up to date.Job ResponsibilitiesPreparing document front sheets and transmittal notes for submittalFilling in CRS (comments resolution sheets) with customer comments to allow specialists to address themSubmittal of outbound documentation / booking in of inbound documentationAdhere to procedures and record internal/client documentation within the data management systemRecord documentation inbound/outbound within the document list to ensure accurate recordsAdhere to project specific numbering and revision requirementsExpediting of documents from clients, suppliers and internally to ensure project schedules are metPrepare Project Specifications list along with the Project EngineerManage workload priorities that can change throughout the dayLiaise with Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing and sub-vendors to compile manufacturing records booksUse resource tools such as ZOE, SAGE and the company quality management systemSupport the project team in preparing the project budgetsAssist with the compilation of operating and maintenance manualsWork closely with the projecting team to ensure documentation is complete and projects are delivered on time and to budgetAdditional RequirementsA strong command of the Italian language and living close to the Italian office of Zeeco is essentialJob DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: AdministrativeIndustry: Oil and GasLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy
