Do you have experience in managing channel partners in the Food & Beverage industry? This Distribution Sales Specialist (France, Italy, Iberia) develops, grows, maintains channel partner relationships and ensures best-in-class service for our products. This position is part of a new team and can be remotely based anywhere within the assigned territory (Italy, France, Spain).ResponsibilitiesReview the channel partner strategy and maintain a dossier on alternative solutionsCommunicate to management market conditions, regulatory changes & channel partners performanceIdentify and generate plans to develop and grow business with channel partnersGenerate, update and manage territory annual sales and order forecastProvide a monthly updated territory forecast for orders and shipments for all channel partnersWork with marketing to generate and implement a pricing strategy and review and update on an annual basisCollaborate with PLM and other stakeholders to ensure product and market readiness for launch of new productsMaintain close knowledge of competitive pricing and propose adjustments where necessary and work with Ops and engineering to assess potential cost savingsOrganize and coordinate training for channel partners and perform a post training assessmentQualificationsUniversity degree in business or technical field, or equivalent experienceSignificant experience with managing channel partners or working in a channel partner function2+ years in Food and Beverage marketsFluent in English and at least one other local language (Italian or French or Spanish)Be flexible to travel as required, could be 30 to 50% of the time including internationalIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience inWorking with different countriesCreating Market analysisBenefitsAttractive salary and pension packageA solid onboarding programA wide range of training opportunities (including virtual) in languages, technology and the Danaher Business System (DBS) AcademyInternational development opportunitiesIndependent work within a committed, international teamRemote work arrangement information available from the interview team.
