Manpower Tavazzano con Villavesco, Lombardy, ItalyManpower is seeking a candidate for an important client company in the Transport and Logistics sector:The resource, inserted in the Traffic Office and reporting to the Operational Manager, will be responsible for:Managing and monitoring trip planning based on received orders, with responsibility for the number of vehicles used.Operationally following shipments and monitoring their entire life cycle, from pickup to delivery of goods.Organizing national transport FTL/LTL/Groupage.Supporting drivers in daily activities and emergency management.Re-planning deliveries in case of unforeseen events.Constantly analyzing, through management tools and contacts with customers and suppliers, requests and operational priorities.Interfacing with internal offices for the resolution of any anomalies.Contributing to the improvement of trip efficiency in economic and/or temporal terms.Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in transport or logistics companies.Knowledge of land transport and its operational dynamics.Excellent communication skills, overall vision, and stress management.Good knowledge of the MS Office package.Preferred knowledge of English and/or French.Preferably, but not essential, knowledge of ADR regulations and experience in the transport of palletized goods.Full-time and indefinite contract.Salary commensurate with experience.Edenred restaurant tickets worth €5.00 for each working day.Insertion in a solid and structured context, with initial accompaniment.Schedule: daytime shift.Workplace: Tavazzano con VillavescoIf you are interested in this opportunity, apply immediately through Manpower - Peschiera Borromeo branch.
