Prior experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics)
Able to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
Proficient with touch screen technology (iPad/iPhone)
IICRC certifications are highly regarded; training certifications are offered to the right candidates
Good driving record and background check required

Responsibilities:

Respond to water jobs and perform water mitigation according to IICRC standards and ServiceMaster Restore mitigation procedures
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance
Leave job sites clean and orderly
Follow a schedule to ensure timely service delivery
Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork
Maintain all restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and functional
Participate in after-hours "on call" rotation
Perform light reconstruction work such as drywall, painting, and trim
