What You’ll Do

Develop and manage strategic hotel sales plans across all market segments: Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events.
Proactively prospect, generate, and convert new business opportunities.
Manage RFPs and lead contract negotiations for FITs, wholesalers, and high-end travel agencies.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and luxury consortia.

What We’re Looking For
Previous Experience Required:

Broad network of connections and deep familiarity with leading luxury consortia.
Background in lifestyle or luxury hospitality.
Extensive knowledge of the local market and strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Technical Skills:

Fluency in Italian and English (native or near-native level).
Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
