Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Artificial Intelligence at NIUEXA. The candidate will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies, oversee the design of machine learning models, and guide teams in utilizing advanced pattern recognition and data science techniques. Responsibilities also include fostering innovation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving AI technology initiatives to support client goals effectively.
Qualifications

Strong background in Computer Science and hands‑on experience with programming and system design
In‑depth knowledge and skills in Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition
Proficiency in Data Science and Analytics for deriving actionable business insights
Experience developing and deploying production‑level AI/ML models
Proven leadership skills to manage interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on innovation
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is highly desirable
Background in AI development specific to business process optimization is an advantage
