Job Description
Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Director will lead the overall strategy, quality, and performance of all dining and beverage operations across the resort. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong operational mindset, refined taste, and the ability to deliver world-class culinary and service experiences. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with creativity and a deep passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the resort’s overall F&B strategy, ensuring alignment with the property’s identity and positioning.
Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, beach clubs, and private events.
Ensure exceptional service standards and guest experiences in every aspect of the dining journey.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager to curate innovative culinary concepts, seasonal menus, and distinguished wine lists.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operating metrics to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and inspire F&B leadership and service teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest‑centricity.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and external consultants to ensure quality, authenticity, and sustainability across all offerings.
Uphold the resort’s reputation for culinary distinction and contribute to its positioning as a leading gastronomic destination.
Oversee the planning and execution of special events, exclusive collaborations, and brand‑driven activations.

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 5–7 years) in senior F&B management roles within luxury hotels or high‑end resorts.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse, multicultural teams.
In-depth knowledge of fine dining operations, current gastronomic trends, and premium beverage management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage).
Refined presentation, professional demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic luxury environment.
