Digitalization Transformation Engineer – Siemens Energy
Join our dynamic Digital Transformation Team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing groundbreaking projects and processes in a global environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission to innovate and improve our operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the digitalization, automation, and IT projects for the Trento factory
Help reduce manual time in the offices by implementing Analytic/Robotic Process Automation
Cooperate with other teams and Siemens Energy factories on global digitalization projects and collaborate on a variety of topics:
Desktop Apps Development UIX
Analytic Process Automation / Robotic Process Automation
Data collection, Data quality, Data monitoring
Qualifications
Academic background in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity
Software development skills and proficiency in object‑oriented programming languages such as C# and Python; basic knowledge of cybersecurity is sufficient
Availability to travel 15% of the time
Adaptable learner with enthusiasm for new challenges in an evolving IT landscape
Data‑based thinking and some project management skills supporting digital transformation
Proficient in English and Italian
