We are looking for a
Trainer to join our team, focusing on technical and transversal skills, especially on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 package, to support our digital adoption projects. The role involves leading training and educational events to promote digital technology adoption within large corporate environments across all sectors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop or advance their career as an online trainer.
Main Responsibilities

Deliver engaging online training sessions, clearly communicating content.
Ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
Support the coordination, organization, and facilitation of training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
Depending on experience, create communication materials and support for training sessions.
Coordinate feedback collection from participants.
Assist in implementing global digital transformation projects to promote technology adoption.

Skills and Competencies

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools with a proactive attitude towards personal updating.
Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and experiential training.
Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills.
Interest in exploring training techniques, channels, and formats, especially in digital transformation projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect at all levels and with diverse groups.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as an online trainer in the digital field.
Experience working with corporate clients of various sizes and sectors.

Preferred Skills

Ability to deliver training fluently in languages other than English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
Basic video editing skills.
