The company also values cultural and national differences, functioning as a local company in every country it serves.Within the Information Technology department in Padova, the Digital Transformation Project Manager will be involved in the Group's worldwide Digital Omnichannel Transformation Program.Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, this role will coordinate the implementation of digital touchpoints projects and their rollout across various countries and regions (including Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific).4 to 9 years of experience in IT Project Management rolesGood knowledge of retail operations and e-commerceProven experience managing projects in multicultural, global environmentsCoordinate cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and roll out the Omnichannel Transformation program in each countryManage project schedules, address deviations, and communicate status, issues, risks, and activities to stakeholdersGather and formalize project requirementsPrioritize based on user needs, working closely with the Central Core team and local stakeholders for alignmentMaintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDocument project activities and decisionsRequisiti:Knowledge of IT Governance and organizational modelsUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (demand, delivery, testing, etc.)Willingness to travel worldwideMaster’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business AdministrationWorkplace: Limena (PD) with the possibility of part-time smart working.Sector: Retail
