Business Development Representative (BDR) – Outbound Sales

Cosa farai :
Gestirai il ciclo di vendita outbound, dalla prospezione alla chiusura dei deal.
Genererai nuovi lead attraverso chiamate a freddo, email strategiche e attività su LinkedIn (social selling).
Costruirai relazioni forti con potenziali clienti, ascoltando i loro bisogni e proponendo soluzioni adatte.
Lavorerai per obiettivi sfidanti, monitorando le tue performance tramite KPI e CRM.
Collaborerai con i team di marketing e sales per migliorare le strategie di acquisizione clienti.
Chi cerchiamo :
Hai almeno 6-12 mesi di esperienza in ruoli di Business Development, Sales o simili.
Sei fluent in italiano e inglese.
Ti senti a tuo agio con strumenti CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, ecc.).
Sei orientata ai risultati, proattiva e con una forte resilienza.
Sai gestire volumi elevati di attività (chiamate, email, LinkedIn).

InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 4000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24 / 7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.
The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market.

Overview
This is an amazing opportunity for a highly talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our marvellous Commercial Team.
You’ll rock acquiring e-tailer customers and building partnerships, to drive our business growth.
Activities and responsibilities
Develop InPost Italy’s business, through the acquisition of new partnerships and E‑Tailers customers
Work closely with the international Sales team on cross‑market opportunities
Create new connections with the decision makers of the target companies
Generate leads, manage prospect customers and build pipelines
Develop market analysis (also looking for our competitors) in order to acquire the best customers
Manage all sales’ steps, including the contractual agreement
Gain sales’ goals and manage the main company’s KPIs
Use CRM as the key tool both for customers’ analysis and weekly tasks’ updates
Create and maintain sales’ reports
Skills and requirements
You have a Bachelor degree
2 years of sales experience
You are fluent in English (C1 or higher level)
You have a strong sales approach
You have solid relationships with italian E‑Commerce retailers
You are an excellent problem solver and you have an eye for details

Solid experience : Bac+5 with a focus on sales or technical‑sales, and at least 5 years of successful experience in business development, ideally in an international context.
Language and mobility : Fluent Italian essential, professional English, driver's license.

1. Expand assigned regional market with SNIBE products to potential customer groups to meet the set target;
2. Conduct product training and marketing campaigns to enhance the brand awareness manage the key accounts and maintain the relationship of KOL to enhance the academic influence of Snibe;
3. Manage and support assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our strategy and target;

Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio‑medical, human science or related disciplines is preferred;
2. Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales, sales experience in Medical Device field is preferred;
3. Have the experience access to public and private market;
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian;

What you'll be doing
As the Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group as well as external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Research and identify new business opportunities across the Southern Europe, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new location(s) that are aligned with the Business Development strategy.
Manage the tender preparation, write‑up and delivery of proposals through professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards.
Driving revenue growth and ensure strong performance against business targets to inform strategic decision‑making.
Responsible for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities, specifically in relation to the expansion of the PPG 3rd Party Lounge network.
Partner with local, regional & global teams to review and oversee the development of proposals on opportunities in various business verticals.
