HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.ResponsibilitiesAs part of the marketing team at our client ESA, you will have the following responsibilities:Support management of the social media account, identifying relevant topics and writing posts to be published and maintaining publication calendarSupport e-mail marketing activities, working on our CRM tool on a monthly newsletter aimed at an external audience with the most relevant news and events of the last periodSupport writing of articles and publishing on the Gateway website of: news, events, business opportunities o use cases and success storiesSupport management of the website i.e updating web pages, identifying bugs and conduct UX analyses to optimise the website interfaceSupport development of the new website, definition of initial requirements, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, coordination with the developers, regular check of milestones and timelineSupport engaging with internal and external actors to coordinate their communication activitiesSupport analysing key metrics to assess the results of the activities and identify best practicesSupport coordination of events managed by team for different ESA directorates involved in space commercialisation activitiesSupport internal and external actors involved on right branding assets in communication and eventsSupport in the annual creation of ESA and External Commercial events list based on the target audience of the Offices' mandateSupport merchandise effortsQualificationsYou will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:Masters degree in the field of graphic design/audio-visual and multimedia, with 4 years professional experience preferably in an international working environment;Experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, E-mail marketing, Digital Analytics, etc.Experience in Website Management: UX and UI, Website Analytics, etc.Experience in Event ManagementPrevious experience in the space sector is advantageFluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and another European language is an advantage.Additional InformationThis job is located in Frascati, Italy.If you think you have what it takes for this job, please send your CV (in English and in Word or PDF) by clicking on the button "Apply for this job" quoting job IT-HP-25132.An exciting and dynamic international working environment awaits you!Inclusive and committed employer, our company works every day to combat all forms of discrimination and promote a respectful working environment.
