We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance the company’s digital presence by executing and optimizing digital activities across all online channels. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in digital platforms and new media, supports the development of digital strategies, and translates brand values into impactful, data‑driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, content marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
Develop social media strategy and calendars across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), ensuring consistency and engagement.
Guide the creation of high-impact digital content aligned with brand identity and emerging trends.
Monitor KPIs, ROI, and analytics to optimize campaigns and report results to senior management.
Support integrated projects such as events, video campaigns, and branded content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
at least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management in automotive industry or media agencies.
Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO / SEM, analytics tools, and content strategy.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluent in both Italian and English
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in an international environment.
