Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and optimization of digital marketing campaigns through all digital channels. Core responsibilities include ensuring search optimization, increasing traffic quality to sites of interest and generating new leads.

Plan and execute web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database building and email campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, evaluating ROI and KPI.
Identify new trends and optimize investments based on market needs.
Think proactively about new marketing development strategies.
Plan, execute and evaluate experimental actions and conversion tests.
Use analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
Optimize funnel and conversion point tools.
Collaborate with agencies and other external suppliers.
Analyze emerging technologies and act as a reference for new implementations.
Promote role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
Adopt significant behaviors and promote operational and cultural actions for Sustainable Development, interconnecting practices oriented toward the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community.
Additional Information
Deep expertise in technical SEO.
At least 2/3 years of experience in the role.
Strong collaborative skills.
Ability to build relationships in cross-functional contexts.
