We specialise in providing customised online printing services, producing magazines, catalogues, labels, packaging, printing on textiles and much more. The success of our customers is our main goal, and the driving force behind everything we do. Pixartprinting is an e-commerce company, and everything we do revolves around the web. This online presence is made possible by 1200 passionate and talented people who work day in, day out at our headquarters to handle and produce 15,000 print jobs a day. Over the years we have become a well-oiled machine, able to offer our customers a high-quality service. From the very beginning we challenged ourselves to offer much more than just printing. Today we offer a complete and professional service that aims to support our customers’ communication projects, whatever line of business they are in. We give them complete freedom to make their own choices, each of our products can be personalised, giving users extraordinary freedom to customise their order, but at the same time are always on hand throughout the order process in case any issues or questions arise.
The digital marketing team is composed by more than 20 professionals from in-house and agency backgrounds, and looks after multiple activities like communication, advertising and organic marketing. Our efforts run through 14 different markets, involve either B2B and B2C brands, and covers the whole marketing funnel.
Role and Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft, and other relevant channels.
Implement daily and weekly optimizations to improve ROI / ROAS from digital media investments.
Oversee the creation, forecasting, budgeting, testing and optimization of media campaigns.
Produce and interpret high quality performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.
Project owner and collaborator, for specific Digital Transformation projects (of choice) in the areas of Data Management, Brand Awareness, Process Optimization, AI, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments like UX / UI, Communication, Product & Pricing, CRM & Data Analytics, Information Technology.
Talent and character come first. For this reason, we accept either junior (2+ years) and more senior candidates (7+ years) and shape the role around their level of expertise.
Experience in managing performance-driven Search and Shopping campaigns, best if across different European countries.
Hands on expertise with Google Ads (including GDN), Microsoft Advertising, Google Merchant Center and Meta Ads.
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
Good knowledge of English language (B2 or above).
Further European languages at B1 level or above.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in an international, culturally diverse environment.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Accuracy and attention-to-detail skills.
