OverviewAre you passionate about driving digital transformation in manufacturing? In KONE Industrial Spa, based in Pero (MI), we are looking for a Digital Manufacturing Solution Leader to lead the development and execution of digital manufacturing systems, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient production environments; the ideal candidate will support and drive implementation of the relevant KPIs, designing and developing data visualization dashboards.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People ManagementLead a team of Industrial Engineers and support staff to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.Set meaningful targets, make timely fact-based decisions, and coach team members to excel.Develop team competencies in alignment with Global Manufacturing Strategy.Digital Transformation & StrategyCreate and execute digital development plans to improve cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.Drive digital culture and promote best practices across units and global teams.Support CAPEX planning and execution in line with strategic goals.Technical ExpertiseDevelop and implement manufacturing system architecture and data visualization dashboards.Apply MES knowledge for data tracking, waste analysis, production planning, and real-time data.Integrate machine communication protocols and automation systems.Utilize technologies such as 3D printing, punching and bending, and PLC-based data exchange.Process Optimization & InnovationAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes using LEAN methodologies and digital tools.Ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are met.Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Collaboration & InfluenceAct as the voice of the factory in global development projects.Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance product value and competitiveness.Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to SMART manufacturing initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Management/Mechanics EngineeringProven experience in digital manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related fields.Strong knowledge of MES systems, SAP ERP knowledge, IT architecture, and data analytics.Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, TSQL, and PLC communication.Experience in project management, supplier negotiation, and CAPEX planning.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.We believe in diversity, inclusion and equity.
