In an interconnected world where innovation and socio-economic changes are shaping a new era, Capgemini Invent is positioned to help clients reinvent their business models, deliver digital transformation, and increase competitiveness.We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Strategy Manager based in Rome or Milan, with knowledge and experience in transformation and process improvement initiatives.Responsibilities include participating and leading transformation projects within the procurement area, guiding Transformation Consultants and Analysts in delivering project outcomes.Projects may involve target operating model design, process design, maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation assessments, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, RPA deployment, training, change management, and similar initiatives.You will be accountable for all project deliverables, including documenting process challenges, improvements, benefits, reporting, and business case development.You will lead projects for both external clients and internal Capgemini Business Services engagements, acting as a Stream or Project Lead with full accountability for high-quality deliverables with minimal guidance.Minimum 2 years of experience with strong end-to-end process knowledge within Procurement and Supply Chain areas is required.Experience in target operating model design, organizational and process design (including process flows, narratives, procedures, control frameworks), and documentation is essential.Proficiency with ERPs (SAP, Oracle) is also required.Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.Capgemini helps clients unlock new opportunities through inventive thinking, ideation, and prototyping, supporting scaling and industrialization of solutions.
