The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Romewithin the Core Laboratory Division and will be responsible for promoting, presenting, and driving the selling of consulting services and IT engagements within the region that enable health care providers to drive cost efficiencies, operational productivity, and improve the quality of patient care delivery.What You’ll DoLeading the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver clientengagements that design and implement business and technology solutions formedium to large healthcare providers.Supporting implementation and overseeing the quality of deliverables andeffectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptionalperformance, act as a trusted advisor to the customer.Serving as SME for industry trends, changing market regulations andhealthcare policy within defined customer segment.Building and preserving customer relationships to drive new sales and protectbase business.Developing a healthy and credible opportunity pipeline both for new projectsand value expansions by understanding and identifying customer needsNegotiating contracts resulting in long-term commitments and managing theprocess from quotation to contract.Integrating insights from ongoing business analysis and assessment into amulti-year planCoordinating appropriate Abbott resources to execute the strategic account planincluding assigning roles; expectations; responsibilities and timelines.Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality systemrequirements.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences or medical technology is preferred.Required QualificationsMinimum of 4 years experience in selling digital health solutionsProven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales and / or Business DevelopmentExperience in the Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care or DiagnosticsExpertise in IT technology within Hospital, Outpatient Care, E-Health andInsurance Environment and understanding on how technology drives value inStrong understanding on how technology drives value in healthcare preferredsupported by basis knowledge.Experience with building business on current accounts and creating newprofitable accounts.Good relationship building skills with excellent consulting skills.Service-driven, commercially minded.Support in the development and presentation.Fluency in Italian and English is a must.Proven track record in a similar position supported by management andcustomer references.IT-Consulting experience preferred.Strong Diagnostics experience preferred.
