For a fast-growing sustainable design company, we are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer to accelerate online growth and lead performance‑driven initiatives across digital channels. This is a key strategic role focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV), with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data, and scalability.
About the Role
We are looking for a high‑performing Digital Growth Marketer to own and execute the digital growth strategy across markets. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership position where digital is a core driver of brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, e‑commerce, sales, and creative. You’ll be expected to bring curiosity, agility, and a strong data‑driven mindset to a brand that blends innovation, sustainability, and design. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with product sensibility, thrives in dynamic contexts, and is passionate about performance, customer experience, and emerging technologies including AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a scalable digital growth strategy aligned with revenue and brand awareness goals
Manage online acquisition channels (paid, organic, affiliation), optimizing performance marketing, SEO, content, and referral programs
Develop and test funnel optimization strategies to boost conversion and retention
Define growth KPIs and OKRs, monitor performance, and adapt strategies accordingly
Coordinate internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and quality
Experiment with new digital channels and technologies using an agile, test‑driven approach
Build and implement B2C and B2B marketing automation strategies
Develop and launch an omnichannel loyalty program
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or related field
7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or digital strategy
Proven track record in acquisition, performance marketing, and CRM
Strong expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM platforms (Klaviyo is a plus), BI tools, and advertising platforms
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and agile methodologies
Highly analytical and comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on execution skills
Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and design
