Digital Content Creator
Antonioli group is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join its Marketing & Communication department. The role supports the Group's portfolio of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands including Antonioli, Ann Demeulemeester, 44 Label Group, Sogni, Volt and Oasi Muso through dynamic, brand‑specific content creation.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a refined visual sensibility and a strong understanding of contemporary culture. You will translate each brand's identity into engaging visual storytelling across digital platforms, from social media to campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
Design engaging graphics, visuals, and layouts for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns across Antonioli Group brands.
Support the creation of presentations, brochures, press materials, and other marketing assets.
Attend events, fashion shows, photoshoots, and activations to produce on‑the‑spot photo and video content.
Edit and adapt materials for different platforms and brand tones while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Capture and edit behind‑the‑scenes, product, and lifestyle content for digital use.
Social Media Management
Support the Social Media Strategist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Write clear and compelling captions and digital copy in line with each brand's voice.
Monitor engagement and assist in community interaction (DMs, comments, reposts).
Track and analyse performance to optimise future content.
Research and propose new trends, formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
Marketing & Production Support
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team on campaign execution, email marketing, and digital activations.
Conduct visual and competitor research to support strategy and creative direction.
Participate in shooting coordination and on‑set production as a digital assistant.
Work closely with creative directors, stylists, photographers, and videographers to ensure alignment between creative and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Degree in Visual Communication, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management, better if in a fashion brand, luxury retail, or creative agency environment.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus).
Proficiency with Capture One and experience using professional cameras.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand differentiation across luxury, fashion, and lifestyle contexts.
Basic photography and videography skills (shooting, lighting, framing).
Proven experience working on set during fashion or product shoots.
Excellent visual taste, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Passion for fashion, culture, and digital communication.
Knowing to recognise different visual language for different brands.
Experience on set required.

VIC & Client Developer
Antonioli Group is seeking a VIC & Client Developer to launch and develop our Very Important Client program across all group brands: Antonioli retail & e‑commerce, Ann Demeulemeester, 44 Label Group, Sogni, and Volt Club. This role will play a key strategic and operational function: identifying, acquiring, and nurturing High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Very Important Clients (VICs) through tailored experiences, personal shopping services, and exclusive partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or clienteling, and a proven track record in developing strong relationships with top clients. You will also coordinate a network of freelance personal shoppers and external partners, building a scalable system to expand Antonioli Group's influence and revenue among top‑spending clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Development
Identify and recruit new VICs/HNWI clients across global markets.
Build strong personal relationships with top clients through one‑to‑one attention, gifting, and events.
Create client profiles (qualitative + quantitative data) to inform segmentation and engagement strategies.
VIC Program Creation
Design and implement Antonioli Group's first VIC engagement program.
Develop exclusive events, previews, private shopping sessions in collaboration with brands.
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and retail teams to ensure consistent, high‑level client experiences across touchpoints.
Personal Shopping & Partnerships
Coordinate freelance personal shoppers to manage clients globally.
Develop affiliation/commission structures for external partners who bring in top clients.
Ensure luxury service standards in every interaction, both in‑store and online.
Events & Experiences
Plan and host exclusive events for VICs across Milan, Ibiza, Lugano, and other key locations.
Partner with brands carried by Antonioli to secure exclusive capsules, previews, and limited drops.
Lead client gifting initiatives and other high‑touch experiences.
Strategy & Analytics
Define KPIs (client spend, retention, new VIC acquisition).
Track performance of VIC program, reporting regularly to leadership.
Monitor competitor activities and luxury retail benchmarks to keep Antonioli Group competitive.
Ideal Profile:
3/4 years of experience in luxury fashion, retail, or client development.
Strong HNWI client network or proven ability to build relationships with HNWI and VICs.
Experience managing personal shopping / clienteling programs.
Ability to balance analytical skills (KPI tracking, CRM data) with high‑touch social skills (entertaining clients, hosting events).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion landscape and its key players.
Fluent in English; Italian.

PR, Communication & Events Intern
Antonioli Group is looking for a PR, Communication & Events Intern to join and support the Marketing & Communication department across its portfolio of brands including Antonioli, Ann Demeulemeester, 44 Label Group, Sogni, Volt and Oasi Muso. This internship offers hands‑on experience in the luxury fashion industry, providing exposure to press relations, event organization, influencer management, and communication strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about fashion, culture, and media.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Communication
Support the PR team with daily press activities, including press releases, product credits, and media monitoring.
Assist in managing sample requests, look loans, and tracking returns for editorial and celebrity placements.
Help maintain press databases, contact lists, and coverage reports.
Draft and proofread communication materials such as newsletters, invitations, and press notes.
Conduct research on media outlets, journalists, influencers, and new partnership opportunities.
Events & Activations
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, fashion shows, store openings, and activations across the Group's brands.
Support guest list management, RSVPs, and on‑site organization.
Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and partners for production and logistics.
Capture behind‑the‑scenes content during events and help coordinate digital coverage.
Marketing & Team Support
Provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing & Communication team.
Help organize photo and video shoots, maintaining schedules and assisting on set when needed.
Contribute to social media monitoring and reporting.
Assist in compiling event recaps, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or current studies in Communication, Fashion Marketing, PR, or related fields.
