OverviewThe Digital Channel Lead will collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the digital funnel from how customers discover to how they purchase Apple products through our channel shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends consumer behaviour and Apple core optimize and analyze ideas. Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and business cases for implementing a deep understanding of industry trends and competitors activity to develop relevant opportunities that can drive business presentations and best practices playbooks for customer workshops to inspire them to achieve best-in-class Digital CX close collaboration with our central Digital teams develop the digital playbook for the South Europe accounts and regularly report on progress to relevant stakeholders. Develop regional digital review & reporting by analyzing data insights digital KPIs and CX monitoring to present current state and determine appropriate actions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the digital funnel from discovery to purchase and develop ground-breaking, customer-centric experiences that consider global industry trends, consumer behavior, and Apple core values; synthesize conclusions into recommendations and business cases for implementing insights and opportunities based on industry trends and competitive activity.Develop business presentations and best practices playbooks for customer workshops to inspire best-in-class Digital CX; work in close collaboration with central Digital teams to develop the digital playbook for the South Europe accounts and regularly report progress to relevant stakeholders.Develop regional digital reviews and reporting by analyzing data insights, digital KPIs, and CX monitoring to present current state and determine appropriate actions.QualificationsProven leadership and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-geographically and positively influence people across all functional teams.Deep knowledge and substantial expertise on application of the regional digital consumer behaviors, digital commerce trends, tools and best practices.Outstanding problem-solving, creative solution development, and resourcefulness with extreme attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; successfully built buy-in for an innovative vision including presenting to executives.BA / BS or equivalent experience.Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, sales, or business development roles within customer-centric Tech Hardware / software, Social Media, Digital Native, or Search companies.Spanish, Italian and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.Key SkillsCivilBiddingGISCapital MarketCementAgriculturalEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1
