We are now looking for a DIGITAL ANALYTICS & CRO SPECIALIST , responsible for ensuring accurate data collection, actionable insights, and continuous optimization across our digital platforms.
(S)he will manage analytics tools, lead testing initiatives, and collaborate cross-functional teams to enhance user journeys and drive conversion growth.
The goal will be to leverage data and experimentation to maximize digital experience, performance, and business impact.
Digital Analytics

Implement, maintain, and audit digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Shopify Analytics).
Reporting & Dashboarding : Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, user behavior, campaign performance, and sales.
Analyze user journeys, traffic sources, and funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks. Provide recommendations to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.

CRO & Optimization

Be the owner of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategy : plan, execute, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
Conduct UX audits using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and session recordings together with business benchmark and best practices.
Translate insights from quantitative and qualitative data into actionable hypotheses and experiments.
Work with internal teams and external partners (e.g., developers, UX agencies) to implement and iterate on CRO strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

Collaborate with stakeholders across performance marketing, merchandising, and operations to align on business goals.
Present insights, test results, and optimization recommendations in a clear, compelling manner.
Stay current on digital analytics trends, CRO best practices, and emerging tools.
Collaborate and support the Digital Analytics Manager in sales, forecasting and planning analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or digital performance marketing.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Basic Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (client- and server-side), and A / B testing platforms.
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Looker Studio and interest towards Mar-tech ecosystems
Solid understanding of website UX principles, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
Proficiency with XLS / GSheet
Strong knowledge of A / B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eCommerce.
Previous experience with Google BigQuery.
Certifications in Google Analytics, CRO, or UX research.
