This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious company operating at the forefront of their industry and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a premium IT support service.We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.This is a great opportunity for somebody who has some experience in an IT Support type role looking to take the next step in their career or someone with limited experience who has the ambition to grow and develop their career in IT.Job ResponsibilitiesFace to Face IT support of users;Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.);System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;Small project management related with new hardware or software installation;Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM;Job RequirementsExcellent problem solving & customer facing skillsAbility to resolve Windows 10 and 11 Operating System ErrorsBasic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office 2016/365 SuiteBasic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Group Policy Objects experienceDiagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutionsProvide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and softwarePrevious Experience of working within a Ticket Management System (ServiceNow preferred)Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accuratelyCandidates with a driving license is essentialThe preceding job description had been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
