In the context of the Chief Network, Operations & Wholesale Office function at TIM, we are seeking, nationwide, individuals with a diploma or degree, preferably in technical disciplines, to join as a Technological Plant Designer. The role involves overseeing the processes of design, construction, and maintenance of civil and plant infrastructure across all properties, as well as corporate protection systems.
Responsibilities include:

Designing Power Supply and Air Conditioning systems, ensuring optimal technical/economic solutions
Managing and controlling suppliers, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards
Maintaining reliability and safety standards of the infrastructure
Ensuring development activities are completed within the required timelines for Retail and OAO clients

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Design and implementation standards for Power Supply and Air Conditioning Systems, with a focus on minimizing energy consumption
Processes for engaging suppliers, evaluating quotes, technical/economic verifications, and project accounting
Feasibility studies for development activities
Management of innovative initiatives to enhance infrastructure assets and compliance with testing and legal standards
Assessment of renewal needs based on cost/benefit analysis, trend analysis to ensure service continuity
Environmental impact assessments (noise, emissions)
Energy impact and space occupation analysis
Electrical systems and legal regulations
Safety regulations in contracts and procurement, specifications, and price lists
Technical activities supporting ISO verifications and ISO 9001 and 14001 management
