Job Summary
In accordo e sotto la supervisione del Capo Partita di Pasticceria e del Pastry Chef, la risorsa è responsabile per l’esecuzione della pasticceria.
Responsibilities

Is responsible for the execution of pastry preparations.
Selects ingredients according to established quality standards.
Measures ingredients following established procedures.
Supports the brigade when necessary.
May be required to work breakfast shifts.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities of the same level.
Good knowledge of the basic techniques of Italian cuisine.
Compliance with workplace and personal hygiene standards.
Reliability, responsibility and passion.
Propensity to work in a team.
Possession of HACCP certification.

Additional Responsibilities

Clean, tidy and prepare the rooms according to the hotel standards and housekeeping procedures.
Replenish rooms with linen, amenities and courtesy items, ensuring flawless presentation.
Report promptly to the housekeeper any anomalies, maintenance or lost items (Lost & Found).
Maintain clean and tidy service carts, service areas and storerooms on the floors.
Respect safety, hygiene and sanitisation rules set by company policy and regulations.
Collaborate with maintenance, laundry and front office to ensure efficiency and timely service.
Act with discretion, respect and attention to guest privacy at all times.

Fixed‑term contract Season 2026.
CCNL Tourism.
Availability on shifts; full‑time.
Local talent preferred; shared accommodation for non‑residents if necessary.
Must have legal right to work in Italy.
