The Jeantet-Roullet family has been running it since 1925, carrying on the culture of hospitality, involving more than 90 employees. The House offers 39 unique rooms, each furnished with furniture and antiques from the family collection, a regenerative spa of 1,200 metres and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. The award-winning wine cellar, the cheese cellar, the circular vegetable garden and the bakery complete the House, part of the Relais & Châteaux Association.Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the resource deals with:basic preparations, leavened products, bread and desserts (desserts, sorbets and parfaits) and serving dishesreads and interprets the recipes and technical documentation, chooses the raw and auxiliary materials respecting the quality standards and foreseeing the necessary quantitytakes care of the warehouse and cold rooms (deadlines, temperature, cleaning)sets up and keeps the workplace cleanRequirements include:Diploma / qualification / specialization coursesExperience in the role of at least one year gained in restaurants, hotels, laboratories and/or Relais & ChâteauxFluent ItalianKnowledge of cooking and food preservation techniquesTechnical knowledge on leavened products and basic pastryKnowledge of different types of sweets, chocolate, spices and various processing techniquesPassion, organizational and time management skillsThe resource will be placed within the family-run Relais & Châteaux residence which offers welcome and hospitality to its staff, guaranteeing a serene work environment where each collaborator is recognized for their commitment to the hotel's success.- Fixed-term contract (availability from 16 April to 13 October 2025)- CCNL Tourism.
