You will assist in the daily operations of the bar, focusing on drink preparation, guest interaction, and upholding our high standards of quality and presentation. If you are passionate about mixology, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your moment.Primary Responsibilities Include:Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, with precision and artistry.Assisting the Chef de Bar in managing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and ingredients.Ensuring all beverages are prepared and presented according to established recipes and presentation standards.Interacting with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.Assisting with inventory control, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring product levels.Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for order entry and payment processing.Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly concerning food and beverage handling.Supporting the Chef de Bar in training new team members and fostering a collaborative working environment.Learning and mastering new cocktail recipes and bar techniques.What You Bring:Proven experience as a Bartender or Demi Chef de Bar, preferably in a high-end bar, restaurant, or luxury hotel.Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.Strong mixology skills and creativity in drink preparation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and bar cleanliness.Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control in a bar setting.Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
