Headquartered in Abano Terme (PD), Fidia extends its global reach through local partners and distributors in 120+ countries worldwide, as well as with wholly owned subsidiaries.With the aim of strengthening the Demand Planning Team, we are recruiting two positions for Demand Support.RoleAs a Demand Support, you will lead the shift from reactive order management to a predictive demand process, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations. You will play a key role in the company’s transformation, promoting digital tools, new decision-making approaches, and a collaborative culture.One position is currently open for a permanent contract, while the other is open for a maternity cover contract.ResponsibilitiesSupport and contribute to the development of Demand Planning processes by preparing and regularly updating monthly sales forecasts for finished goods and third-party products, working in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.Perform detailed analysis of historical sales data (sell-in and sell-out), with a particular focus on activities related to foreign subsidiaries, and assess the impact of promotional initiatives within the area of responsibility.Manage the introduction of new products as well as the phasing out of discontinued items within the assigned perimeter, ensuring efficient coordination and communication across involved departments.Create, track, and report on KPIs to monitor forecast effectiveness, acting as a key point of contact among subsidiaries stakeholders and the Supply Chain team to synchronize demand forecasts and supply expectations.Provide support in the preparation of the annual budget for the relevant area in collaboration with Finance and Controlling teams, and actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive integrated business planning efforts.QualificationsDegree in Economics, Management Engineering or Statistics.At least 1 year of work experience in a planning role (Demand/Supply Chain/Production planning), within a structured company or a consultancy firm.Good knowledge of English language (at least B2 level) in order to effectively manage contacts with Fidia’s subsidiaries.Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.Great capacity of showing initiative, critical thinking, openness and accountability.BenefitsOpen-ended contract or Temporary maternity-replacement contract: the type of contract will be determined based on the candidate’s profile characteristics.“D” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.Salary between € 30.500 and € 36.000.Collective Bonus and company Welfare.In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign.Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.
