Demand Excellence Lead Specialist (Regional)Apply locationsType : Full timePosted on : Posted 30+ Days AgoJob Requisition ID : REQ-22787Job Posting TitleDemand Excellence Lead Specialist (Regional)The challengeLead group of Markets / Business Sectors for Haier Europe Demand Planning Excellence process in the tactical and strategic Horizon (Business plan and S&OP processes), coordinating with local markets, product lines, and supply chain teams, acting as the point of contact for demand planning in the European HQ central functions.Manage demand planning, demand sensing, and demand excellence best practices.Ensure tactical forecast (monthly) aligns with company objectives such as BIAS and forecast value-added expectations.Ensure operational forecast (weekly / daily) aligns with company objectives to support the demand-driven operating model.Participate in the SC 2.0 digital transformation project, owning the E2E demand planning process as SME for specific countries or sectors.Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements.Collaborate with Data Science team to enhance algorithm accuracy and perform ad-hoc analyses.Serve as a subject matter expert and contact point for demand planning and forecasting.What you will do Coordinator ResponsibilitiesManage demand plans for groups of markets or sectors, improve forecast accuracy, and support the implementation of a standard demand planning process across the company.Participate in project launches to ensure correct forecasting and PIPO management respecting SC 2.0.Own the Regional Demand Excellence process, including reporting to Demand Management Platform Manager and Senior Leadership.Transformation and Continuous ImprovementWork with Data Science to improve forecast accuracy, deliver S&OP building blocks, and ensure rollout and adherence across all responsible markets and sectors.Support the implementation of Integrated Business Planning software and connect with the data science team for improved forecasting capabilities.Leadership RoleLead within the extended Supply Chain team, fostering growth and acting as a thought leader in projects and transformations.What you need to succeedLI-GG1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
