Your main tasks in this role will be:Ensure that customers’ products are exported and marketed around the world, managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, Certification Bodies and governmental organizations;Communicate with clients to address technical matters, provide project cost estimates, negotiate delivery timelines and coordinate sample requirements;Support clients by resolving concerns and offering guidance on product certification and follow-up services;Ensure timely projects completion, implementing continuous improvement mindset across all certification schemes;Develop intuitive tools to ensure efficient access to accurate documentation list and define process paths.Combine a deep understanding of customer’s needs and specific requests with the requirements of different program’s to determine the right process path.Act as main point of contact for resolving local market issues.The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Conformity Assessment or Product Certification Program;Fluent in English and Chinese;Strong Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative ideas;Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;Skilled in navigating complex international rules and regulations;Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and meeting clients needs and expectations;Commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to address urgent priorities with efficiency.A global leader in applied safety science, UL Solutions transforms safety, security and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 110 countries.We’re passionate about exploring new solutions and finding better ways to help create healthier, happier environments.UL Solutions is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
