Inside the Commercial & Business development Area we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Defence Market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Overall responsibilities for defining the strategic guidelines and roadmap to achieve business goals in the defence market
Perform customer hunting activities to reach new clients
Size market opportunities and monitor key market and competitive drivers to inform product and marketing strategies
Identify commercial opportunities and product/service development requirements
Establish business targets and manage financial duties, if required
Manage people within the reference perimeter
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial & Business development Area to continuously improve business profitability and to enhance Company values and synergies
Ensure the analysis, identification and strategy setting of commercial prospects and define the commercial plan for the assigned market

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or related fields
8+ years of experience in the role
Experience in the Space industry context
Deep knowledge of Italian defence market
Passion for sales and business negotiation
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery of results
Good knowledge of the English language is required (level B2+/C1)
Availability for business trips, if necessary
