Deal Advisory Turnaround & Restructuring Manager | RomeWe are recruiting candidates for our Rome office who are ready to challenge themselves in a demanding and stimulating environment.Do Work That Matters - Your role and responsibilitiesAt KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients address and solve current and complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to assist companies in business model transformation, process improvement and digitization, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. Deal Advisory is the KPMG Advisory line of services that helps companies create value by evaluating the risks and opportunities of corporate finance transactions, facilitating the various stages of the deal and identifying critical aspects to streamline the process. Our Restructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilize the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. We support companies in judicial and extra-judicial restructuring procedures, assisting the Top Management of our clients during the whole path to recovery and financial stability.As a member of this team, known for the quality and scope of its projects, your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work with leading Italian and international clients. We have been recognised for our work, including receiving the Finance Community Award for Italian “Restructuring Team of the Year” in 2022.
