We are seeking a hands‑on Data/BI Analyst with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and SAP Datasphere. This role focuses on designing and delivering high‑quality reports and dashboards, enabling data self‑service for end‑users, and providing frameworks that empower business teams to make data‑driven decisions. Additionally, the role includes managing a small number of vendor resources for specialized tasks within a limited budget.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP SAC and EPM.
Create frameworks and guidelines to enable data self‑service for business users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with governance standards.
Manage a small team of vendor resources for specialized tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality and budget constraints.
Provide training and support to end‑users for self‑service analytics capabilities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Background & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Data Analytics/BI.
3+ years of experience with EPM, SAP SAC and SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
Proven ability to design and implement BI solutions and reporting frameworks.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and analytics best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
