Requirements
BSc in Computer Science/IT or other relevant studies.
At least 2 years in database management.
SCOS MIB knowledge, relational database knowledge.
Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills.
Normal working hours; on-call support during critical updates or database rollouts.
Legal and Security Requirements
Applicants must be legally allowed to work in the EU and hold a European citizenship. Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Copy of passport and degree(s) certificate.
Good conduct certificate from the country where currently resident.
Furthermore, in view of the nature of the work, all potential employees will undergo stringent reference checks.
Responsibilities
The DB Analyst maintains, updates, and validates spacecraft operations databases (telemetry, telecommand, and configuration data) and FDDB (FDS DB). The main tasks will be the following:
Manage and maintain the Mission Operations Database (ODB) including OBSM configuration control.
Implement and validate updates to telemetry and telecommand dictionaries.
Ensure database consistency across all mission control system instances.
Support SOEs and GOEs during validation and simulation campaigns.
Maintain configuration control and version tracking.
Generate database releases and documentation.
Support training and simulation environment setup using test databases.
