The Data Quality & Transformation Team Lead will coordinate the activities within their team and interactions with other involved teams (Indication Teams, CRO Team, Data Science Team, BDS Team & TTLs).
Lead a team of Data Quality Managers and provide E2E data quality control for both IH and Ext trialing activities and all data capture related or other associated activities over the season to ensure continuous data monitoring for completeness, conclusiveness and for other qualitative measures and KPIs such as timely delivery.
Furthermore she / he will drive data quality improvements / excellence through automation, digitalization, trainings and creating synergies in between all teams involved in digital activities including new technologies, ensuring the transformation of Digital across the Trialing organization.
Accountabilities
Lead and drive the automation and digitalization processes in all activities affecting Product Biology, Support Data Management and BDS specialists.
Drive the improvement of data quality and performance (Inhouse and External) by harmonizing and standardizing processes, providing trainings and guidance material, and implementing efficient ways of working.
Ensure continuous monitoring of trial data for completeness (incl study rules), timely delivery, conclusiveness and other KPIs.
Drive connectivity throughout all teams involved in data quality automation and digitalization to transform the organization.
Support and influence the product biology and field science teams in the digital transformation; guide the team on implementing new approaches to data‑driven product evaluations.
Increase digital awareness, engagement and trust from users.
Be open and proactively look for best practices and methods that can help improve data collection and quality.
Lead the implementation of digital use cases regionally (including quality monitoring and trainings in systems and new technologies).
Lead change management activities in biological data generation and reporting (at European level).
Contribute to and manage digital initiatives within EU CPD linking to Global Digital colleagues and representing EU in Global forums.
Establish tracking and evaluation of field trialing KPIs and metrics in the region.
Ensure new digital and data solutions are of the highest quality to support the development of successful grower product offers and new product introductions, working together with country / regional marketing, sales and digital teams.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Abilities
Masters Degree (Agronomy, Crop Science, Biology, Genetics, Chemistry) and at least 8-10 years of experience in CPD.
Broad knowledge of existing CPD IS tools and systems.
In‑depth knowledge of Field Trials and Product Biology processes.
Excellent networking and team‑working capabilities.
Good understanding of digital tools.
Proven track‑record of thought leadership and successfully influencing others.
Show autonomy, initiative, efficiency and problem‑solving.

Additional Information
The role is open to anyone who is interested and has the required qualifications regardless of language skills and geographical location, provided they are within the EU. The only language required is English; any other languages spoken are a plus.
