Collect, organize, and document key manufacturing data (e.g., machine lists, routings, BOMs, cycle times, process parameters, work instructions).
Assist production, tooling and engineering team teams in validating existing data for accuracy and completeness.
Support creation and formatting of master data templates required for D365 and Opcenter system setup.
Work with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, planning, quality) to capture and standardize operational data.
Document current manufacturing processes and workflows in a clear and structured manner.
Support testing and validation activities during the system implementation (data migration checks, shopfloor trials).
Maintain organized records and ensure version control of all engineering and process documentation.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the project team during the D365 and Opcenter rollout.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a data collection position
English language (at least B1 level)
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well independently and as a team member
