You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to deliver safety, security, and capacity at the lowest possible cost.ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Center Technician, you will:Resolve a wide range of datacenter infrastructure issues including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.Serve as a primary resolver for your support team and an escalation point for junior technicians.Maintain and create documentation on the technologies you support.Execute small projects independently and collaborate with your manager on larger local projects.Shift and Physical RequirementsShift work is required, including rotating 24/7 coverage with shifts up to 12 hours, 3‑, 4‑, or 5‑day work weeks, and up to 10% travel.
